介绍威顿2×400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置的工艺流程,重点介绍了该装置蒸汽冷凝水回收利用、废水回收利用、机泵设备改变频控制、低温位余热回收、烟气氨法脱硫等方面节能减排技改项目的实施运行情况及取得的经济效益和社会效益。
The process flow of the 2 × 400 kt / a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant of Wylton is outlined,and the implementation of technical revamp project for energy saving and emission reduction for the plant in terms of recycle of steam condensate,recycle of waste water,change of pumps to variable frequency control,low-grade heat recovery,flue gas desulfurization based on amine process are highlighted,as well as the economic and social benefits achieved.
