摘要
压缩态光场是量子遥感成像实验中使用的光源,制备该光源的过程中需要一个窄线宽的模清洁器改善激光的光束横模质量和过滤高频噪声。文章对模清洁器抑制高阶模的原理进行了研究,根据实验需求设计了三镜环形腔结构的模清洁器基本参数,设计中兼顾了窄线宽与透过效率两方面要求,线宽为1.4MHz,透过效率为60%。通过仿真优化了模清洁器对高阶模的抑制效果,最终设计的模清洁器对高阶模的抑制度大于12dB,将用于795nm量子遥感成像实验中。
Squeezed light is light source in the experiment of quantum remote sensing. A mode-cleaner, which can suppress frequency fluctuations of the fundamental mode and attenuate the higher order modes, is required for generating squeezed light. In this paper, an optical mode-cleaner with three mirrors ring structure is designed and its consequence on the suppression of higher order modes is characterized. And by means of simulation we optimize the parameters of the mode cleaner. The designed mode-cleaner whose bandwidth is 1.4MHz is able to reduce the suppression of the higher order modes by 12 dB. The mode-cleaner will be constructed and commissioned in the experiment of quantum remote sensing.
