摘要
介绍了国内外抗HIC管线钢的开发情况,分析了抗HIC管线钢的腐蚀机理及合金元素和非金属夹杂物对管线钢腐蚀性能的影响,对比了日本的新日铁住金公司和JFE公司在高钢级抗HIC管线钢的成分设计体系,讨论了国际先进钢铁企业抗HIC管线钢炼钢流程和元素控制工艺。
This paper introduces the research development status of domestic and overseas HIC- resistant pipeline steel, analyzes the HIC-resistant pipeline corrosion mechanism. The effects of alloy elements and non-metallic inclusions on the corrosion properties of pipeline steel are also introduced. The HIC-resistant pipeline steel composition designed by NSSC company and JFE companyare contrasted briefly. In addition, the steelmaking process and element control process of HIC-resistant pipeline steel in the international advanced iron and steel companies are discussed in detail.
