热轧汽车大梁钢冲压开裂影响因素分析

摘要 结合首钢热轧汽车大梁钢在应用过程中出现的实际开裂问题,从用户加工质量、大梁钢质量和特殊需求等角度进行了综合分析;利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对热轧汽车大梁钢的冲压开裂进行了微观组织分析。结果表明,碳化物等在晶界上的析出、长度为几微米的含铌块状物和带钢表面氧化铁皮压入均会直接影响热轧汽车大梁钢的成型性能,并最终导致其在成型过程中开裂。 Aiming at the stamping cracking problems of Shougang hot rolled truck beam steel, comprehensive analysis were carried out, including pressing quality, steel product quality and customer special requirements. By means of OM and SEM, the microstructure of the cracked samples of hot rolled truck beam steel was analyzed. The results showed that carbide precipitated at grain boundaries, lump precipitates containing niobium with length of several microns, rolled-in scale on the strip surface were the major reasons that caused cracking of hot rolled truck beam steel during the process of stamping.
