热轧辊系凸度自适应模型控制策略的研究与优化

摘要 基于热轧带钢生产线二级板形控制模型中板形自适应模型的研究,提出了热轧辊系凸度自适应算法的不完善性及优化措施。对热轧辊系凸度自适应模型和相关参数进行优化后,该热轧带钢生产线在轧制同类钢种和规格带钢时,辊系凸度的各自适应项的自适应方向均趋于稳定,所有规格和牌号带钢的凸度全长命中由91.9%提高到94.5%。 The problems and improvement measures for the roll composite crown adaptive model were proposed on the basis of the research of L2 shape adaptive model in the hot strip mill. After the optimization of the adaptive model and related parameters, the values of self-adapting items were more steady when rolling the same kind of steel grade with same dimension, and the crown hit rate along the whole strip length was also increased from 91.9% to 94. 5%.
