ALDH1及Survivin在结直肠癌及癌前病变的表达

The Expression Investigation of ALDH1 and Survivin in Coloretal Cancer and Precancerous Diseases

目的:研究结直肠癌及癌前病变组织中乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)与Survivin的表达情况。方法:应用免疫组化法检测21例结直肠癌、19例腺瘤伴高级别上皮内瘤变、21例腺瘤伴低级别上皮内瘤变及10例对照组中ALDH1、Survivin的表达情况。结果:ALDH1表达在腺癌组与低级别瘤变组、正常组,高级别瘤变组与低级别瘤变组、正常组,低级别瘤变组与正常组之间均有显著差异(P<0.01),腺癌组与高级别瘤变组之间无明显差异。Survivin表达在各组间均有显著差异(P<0.01)。两者表达与年龄、性别均无明显关系,两者评分呈高度密切正相关(r=0.84,P<0.01)。结论:ALDH1和Survivin可能是结直肠癌及癌前病变发生发展的重要标记物,可作为癌变早期监测指标。

Objective To investigate the expression level of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1（ALDH1） and Survivin in coloretal cancer and precancerous diseases. Method Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ALDH1 and Survivin from 21 cases of coloretal cancer, 19 cases of adenoma with high-IN, 21 cases of adenoma with low-IN and 10 cases of normal group. Results The expression of ALDH1 in adenocarcinoma group had significant difference with low-IN group and normal group, and the same difference between high-IN group and low-IN group and normal group, between low-IN group and normal group. The expression of Sur had significant differences between each groups. The closely positive correlation was found between ALDH1 and Sur （ r = 0.84, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion ALDH1 and Sur might be important detecting biomarkers to reveal the early development of colorectal cancer.
