中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病的临床体会

Clinical Application Experience of Integrative Medicine on Treating Children's Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:分析中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选取小儿手足口病患者72例,随机分为两组,对照组35例采用常规西医治疗,观察组37例采用中西医结合治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病效果显著,不良反应发生率较低,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of children＇s hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） treated by integrative medicine. Methods 72 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups （control and observation group）. The control group with 35 patients was treated by conventional western medicine, while the observation group with 37 patients by use of combination therapy. The treating effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of both group had no significant difference. Conclusion The application of integrative medicine on treating children＇s hand, foot and mouth disease has significant therapy effect, and lower adverse reactions, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
