B超联合宫腔镜在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用价值探析

Investigation of the Clinical Effect of B-ultrasound Combined with Hysteroscopy on Diagnosis Endometrial Cancer

目的:探讨B超联合宫腔镜在子宫内膜癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2011年8月-2013年8月我院收治的120例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组60例给予分段诊刮,观察组60例则给予B超联合宫腔镜检查,对比两组患者临床诊断符合率以及宫颈和子宫肌层浸润诊断情况。结果:两组患者阳性符合率,假阳性率对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者宫颈和子宫肌层浸润诊断对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用B超联合宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜癌能有效判定宫颈和子宫肌层浸润情况,为临床治疗提供较好的参考意见。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy to diagnosis endometrial cancer. Methods 120 patients from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each, treating group and control group. The control group was given sub- scraping diagnosis, while the treating group was given B-ultrasound and hysteroscopy diagnosis. The clinical diagnosis consistent rate and cervical and uterine muscle invasive diagnostic situations were compared between two groups. Results The two groups＇ positive coincidence rate, the false positive rate, the cervical and uterine muscle invasive diagnosis had significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis of endometrial cancer by use of B-ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy can effectively determine myometrial invasion, and provide a good reference for the clinical treatment.
