未足月胎膜早破的临床护理对策及对妊娠结局的影响

The Clinical Nursing Countermeasure for Preterm Premature Rupture of the Membranes and It's Clinical Effect on Pregnancy Outcomes

目的:探讨未足月胎膜早破的临床护理对策及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法:90例未足月胎膜早破患者分随机为观察组与参考组,分别给予优质护理干预及常规护理干预,比较两组孕产妇及新生儿妊娠结局。结果:观察组保胎时间与妊娠结局与参考组比较,有显著性差异,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予未足月胎膜早破孕妇优质护理干预有助于母婴预后的改善。

Objective To study the clinical nursing countermeasure for preterm premature rupture of the membranes and its clinical effect on pregnancy outcomes. Methods 90 patients with preterm premature rupture of the membranes were divided into two groups （observation and reference）, and were given high quality nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention respectively. The two groups＇ maternal and neonatal pregnancy outcome were compared and analyzed. Results The protection time of unborn children and pregnancy outcomes for the observation group and the reference group had statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Providing preterm premature rupture of the membranes with high quality nursing intervention can improve the maternal and infant prognosis, and reduce maternal adverse outcomes.
