From Designated Management to Agreement Management

在国家行政体制改革和医疗保险深入发展的条件下,管理模式和运行机制必将从定点管理向协议管理转变。本文在总结定点管理局限性的基础上,引入治理原理和合同原理,描述了医疗服务协议的基本原则和主要内容。

Under the situation of state administration reform and medical insurance system being deeply developed, the management and operation model of health insurance will be transformed from designated administration to agreement administration. Based on summarizing the limitation in designated administration, this study introduces the principle of governance ＆ agreement, and describes the basic principle and main contents of agreement administration.
