摘要
目的:研究VEGF、VEGF-R2在糖尿病动物模型视网膜中的表达。方法:选择叙利亚金黄地鼠作为实验动物,腹腔内注射2%链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病动物模型,采用免疫组化染色法检测其视网膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2表达情况。结果:模型组视网膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2阳性表达均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:2%链脲佐菌素致高血糖动物模型视网膜中VEGF、VEGF-R2阳性表达与人类糖尿病及糖尿病性视网膜病变的表现十分相似,该模型可用于研究糖尿病性视网膜病变的发生、发展机制。
Objective:To study VEGF and VEGF-R2 expressions in retina of diabetes animal models. Method:The diabetes models in Syrian golden mice were established by injection of 2% streptozotocin.VEGF,VEGF-R2 expressions in the retina were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results:The positive expressions of VEGF and VEGF-R2 in retina of the model group were higher than those in normal control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The positive expressions of VEGF and VEGF-R2 in retina of hyperglycemia models induced by 2% streptozotocin was similar to those in patients with diabetes and diabetic retinopathy.The model can be used to study the mechanism of diabetic retinopathy.
