金刚石锯片基体用钢50Mn2V的研制开发

摘要 文章介绍了八钢公司采用铁水脱硫预处理-复吹转炉-LF精炼-板坯连铸-1750mm热连轧控冷工艺开发金刚石锯片基体用钢50Mn2V。通过连铸坯缓冷减少铸坯热裂纹产生,通过控制精轧和卷取温度来保证性能,各项性能完全满足金刚石锯片基体用钢技术条件要求,用户使用情况良好。 It introduces the process to develop the 50Mn2 V steel for base of diamond saw blade in Bayi Steel: hot metal pretreatment, combined blowing converter, LF refining, the slab continuous casting and 1750 mm hot strip rolling with controlled rolling and cooling technology. Reduce the occurrence rate of hot crack through slow cooling of the slab and enhance mechanical properties and strip shape by accurate control of finish rolling temperature, coiling temperature. Each property absolutely satisfies the steel just met the technology requirements of base of diamond saw blade and ideal results was got in application.
