摘要
在生产铸钢渣罐时,渣罐浇注后在凝固收缩过程中,罐座热节部位经常出现热裂纹,通过严格控制渣罐浇注材料的化学成分、浇注温度,以及采取工艺措施消除型砂对吊耳的机械阻力,渣罐的热裂纹得到了有效地控制,解决了渣罐生产过程中的工艺难题。
Pot base hot spot parts often appear hot crack in the process of solidification shrinkage after slag-pot pouring when producing steel-casting slag-pot. Through strictly controlling the chemical composition and pouring temperature of slag-pot the pouring material while taking technology measure to eliminate the mechanical resistance of foundry sand to lifting lug. Hot crack of slag-pot has been effectively controlled, which solved the production technology problems of production slag-pot process.
