摘要
以废弃物鱿鱼皮为研究对象,通过对鱿鱼皮提取前处理,胶原蛋白提取,最后模拟加工成鱼鳔的研究。研究结果表明:鱿鱼皮前处理最佳条件为,Na OH浓度为0.12 mol/L,Na OH作用时间5 h,异丙醇浓度为11%,活性炭浓度为0.9%;通过极差分析表明,Na OH浓度影响最为显著,其次异丙醇浓度,Na OH作用时间,活性炭浓度;胶原蛋白提取最佳条件为中性蛋白酶酶解温度50℃,酶解时间55 min,料液比1:13;模拟鱼鳔最佳配比条件为:维生素A 2 160 mg/kg,维生素E 175 mg/kg,K 930 mg/kg,Ca 1 400 mg/kg。
Squid skin as study object: Adoption of the extraction process, collagen extraction, process simulation into fish maw. Results show, pretreatment optimum condition for activated carbon concentration were0.12 mol/L, 5 h, 11%, 0.9%, respectively. The range analysis shows that, influence of Sodium hydroxide concentration was most significant, next isopropyl alcohol concentration, sodium hydroxide effect time, activated carbon concentration; The optimum conditions for collagen extraction was: Distilled water was added to the skin of squid in accordance with biomass-solvent ratio of 1:13(g: m L), enzymolysis reaction for 55 min in 50℃, collagen extraction yield is the highest. The optimum conditions for simulating?into fish maw vitamin A 2160 mg/kg, vitamin E 175 mg/kg, K 930 mg/kg, Ca 1 400 mg/kg.
