三相异步电动机的电磁振动分析

摘要 建立三相异步电动机的有限元模型,计算气隙磁密,进而利用Maxwell应力张量法计算径向电磁力.气隙磁密和径向力均随空间和时间变化,利用傅立叶分析分别求解它们的谐波,并讨论磁密和径向力之间的关系.将解析计算结果于有限元计算结果进行比较.利用文章方法计算的电机径向力及其谐波可应用于在电机设计阶段对电磁噪声进行分析. To establish a finite element model of three phase asynchronous motor, the calculation of air gap flux density, and Maxwell stress tensor method is used to calculate the radial electromagnetic force. The air gap flux density and radial force are changing with space and time, using Fourier analysis to solve their harmonic respectively, and discusses the relationship between the flux density and radial force. The analytical results from the finite element calculation results are compared. The article method is used to calculate the radial force and its harmonic motor can be applied to analyze the electromagnetic noise in motor design phase.
