摘要
文章基于Ansoft Maxwell 14 2D软件对电机分别在气隙为2.3mm与气隙为1.8mm的情况下进行仿真分析,比较得出适当的增大气隙,可降低气隙磁导,削弱气隙谐波磁场,从而使得电机噪声减小。通过典型实例验证了该结论,文章对改善电机噪声方面有一定的参考意义。
The article based on Ansoft 14 Maxwell 2 d software for motor respectively in the air gap is 2.3 mm and the air'gap is 1.8 mm under the situation of the simulation analysis, augmenting the gap is appropriate, can reduce the air gap permeance, weaken the harmonic magnetic field in air gap, so as to make the motor noise decreasing. The conclusion is verified by typical examples, this paper has certain reference significance to improve motor noise.
