PDCA循环法对早期原发性高血压患者生活质量的影响

The Effect Evaluation of PDCA Circulation Method on Primary Hypertension Patients' Life Quality in Early Stage

目的:探讨PDCA循环法对早期原发性高血压患者生活质量及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取早期原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规疾病管理,观察组采用PDCA循环管理。随访6个月,采用健康调查量表(SF-36)评估患者的生活质量。结果:观察组患者活力、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛及总体健康等维度评分均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为80%和94%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法可显著改善早期原发性高血压患者生活质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA circulation method on primary hypertension patients＇ life quality and clinical efficacy in early stage. Methods 100 patients with primary hypertension in early stage were randomly divided into observation group（n = 50）and control group（n = 50）. PDCA circulation method management were used in observation group and conventional disease management was used alone in control group. Health survey questionnaire（SF-36） were respectively used to evaluate the quality of life. Results The dimension score of vitality, emotional functions, social function, mental health, physical function, physiological functions, physical pain and general health in observation group were signifi cantly higher than control group. The difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. The clinical effi cacy of control group and observation group were 80 % and 94 %, respectively. The difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05） compared the two groups. Conclusion PDCA circulation method can effectively improve primary hypertension patients＇ life quality in early stage, and enhance clinical effi cacy.
