新型粉体物料低压力气力连续输送系统应用研究

摘要 综合运用流体力学和二相流原理,采用气体分流技术和双级消能原理,在近距离的气力输送上,可以取代目前各种传统的气力输送工艺技术,适合国情,相对于传统的粉体物料气力输送系统投资低、操作简单、维护费用低,其运行费的节省可达到投资的40%-50%。 In this paper,combined with fluid mechanics and the two-phase flow theory,the technique of gas distribution and the two-stage energy dissipation principle were applied,,it was possible to replace all kinds of traditional pneumatic conveying technology currently to convey pneumatically at close range,it adapted to national conditions,compared with traditional powder materials pneumatic conveying system,it features low investment,simple operation,low maintenance cost,its running cost would save up to 40% - 50% of the investment.
