摘要
使用三线圈差动式磨粒传感器监测油液中铁磁性磨粒时,磨粒的磁化场会对内部磁场产生扰动,改变线圈的轴向磁通,从而影响传感器输出电压。文章利用电磁感应原理,建立传感器的理论模型,分析了磨粒在线圈内径向分布对轴向磁通的影响,并通过仿真分析验证了磨粒径向位置对于传感器输出电压的影响。
The magnetized field of wear debris would produce disturbances to magnetic field inside when monitoring the ferromagnetic wear debris in oil with three-coil differential wear debris sensor,which will cause changes in axial flux,and then affects the output voltage.In this paper,a theoretical model of the sensor was established according to the principle of electromagnetic induction,to study the effect of debris radially distributed inside the coil on the axial flux and verified the effect of debris position on the sensor output voltage by simulation analysis.
