逍遥散加减合并西医疗法治疗肝气郁结型口腔扁平苔藓的临床研究

The clinical study on the treatment of OLP with stagnation of liver qi syndrome by combination of the modified Xiao-yao Powder in decoction with western medical therapies

目的观察逍遥散加减合并西医疗法治疗肝气郁结型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法将88例肝气郁结型口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用逍遥散加减合并西医疗法治疗，对照组采用单纯西医常规治疗，跟踪回访6个月，观察治疗效果。结果治疗组痊愈15例，痊愈率32．60％；显效18例，显效率39．13％；总有效率71．73％。对照组痊愈6例，痊愈率14．29％；显效8例，显效率19．05％；总有效率33．34％。经SPSS17．0软件统计分析，两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论逍遥散加减合并西医疗法治疗肝气郁结型口腔扁平苔藓疗效优于单纯西医治疗，无明显副作用，临床可推广应用。

Objects Observe the clinical effects of combined therapy of the modified Xiao-yao Powder in decoction and western medical therapies on OLP with stagnation of liver qi syndrome. Methods 88 cases of OLP with stagnation of liver qi syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group which were respectively treated with western medical therapies alone and combination of the modified Xiaoyao-powder in decoction with western medicine. All cases were followed up for 6 months to observe the clinical effect. Results 15 cases were recovered in the treatment group, the cure rate is 32.60% ; 18 cases were markly improved, the effective rate is 39.13%, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 71. 73%. 6 cases were recovered in the control group, the cure rate is 14.29%; 8 cases were markly improved, the effective rate is 19. 05%, the total effective rate of the control group is 33. 34%. Analyzed with SPSS17.0 software, the result indicats that there were remarkable difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of combination of modified Xiao-yao-podwer in decoction with western medical therapies is better than the simply western medical therapies. Without obvious side effects, it is worth clinical application.
