Clinical effect of Hexuemingmu for fundus hemorrhage

目的总结和血明目片的临床应用，对临床起到指导作用。方法对文献进行整理并做回顾性总结。结果总结眼底出血症中医研究、和血明目片的中医理论与现代药理研究。结论和血明目片对各种疾病引起的眼底出血症，具有止血、快速促进淤血吸收的作用，防止机化产生，降低视网膜脱离等严重并发症的可能性。

Objective To summarize the clinical application of hexuemingmu tablet, and make guide for the clinical work. Methods Collect the literature for retrospective review. Results This paper summarized the traditional Chinese research of the fundus hemorrhage, and observed the TCM theory and pharmacological research of Hexuemingmu. Conclusion Hexuemingmu table is effect for hemostasis and help to absorb bleeding, and also, it can reduce the possibility of retinal detachment.
