针刺联合药物治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Treating allergic rhinitis with acupuncture combine with medicine： observation of curative effectiveness

目的探讨针刺联合药物治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将100例变应性鼻炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组50例。对照组予以口服氯雷他定片治疗4周。治疗组在对照组的基础上，予以针刺治疗，5日为一疗程，疗程间歇2天，共治疗4个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96．0％。对照组总有效率为84．0％。经统计学分析，两组差异有统计学意义（χ2=7．512，P〈0．05）。结论针刺联合药物较单纯药物治疗变应性鼻炎的效果更好。

Objective To approach the effects of acupuncture combine with Medicine in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. The control group were only treated with oral Loratadine,in 4 weeks. Based on the above treatment, the treatment group were treated with acupuncture, 5 clays for a course,2 days rest between treatments course,and 4 courses in total. Results The efficiency of treatment group was 96. 0 % and control group was 84.0 %. There was significant difference between two groups（χ2 = 7.512,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For treating allergic rhinitis, the acupuncture combine with medicine shows better therapeutic effects than the medicine used only.
