加味取渊汤治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical observation on the teerapeutic effect of Jiawei Quyuan Decoction on allergic rhinitis

目的探讨加味取渊汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床应用。方法将168例过敏性鼻炎患者按诊次分成奇数组和偶数组，奇数组即治疗组服用加味取渊汤，偶数组即对照组口服氯雷他定片，进行临床疗效观察。结果加味取渊汤组有效率89．2％高于氯雷他定组有效率69．0％，两组间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论两组对比，加味取渊汤组更有利于该病鼻部症状和体征的改善，是难得的良方。

Objective To explore the clinic effect of Jiawei Qiyuan Decoction. Methods 168 cases of patients with Allergic rhinitis is divided into the treatment group and control group,The odd group was given Jiawei Qiyuan Decoction, Even group was given loratadine tablet, observe the clinical effect. Rusults The effective rate of Jiawei Qiyuan Decoction was 89.2^ ,loratadine group was 69.0% ,the later was higher,two groups of statistics treatment is significant different. Conclusion Two groups of contrast, Jiawei Qiyuan Decoction is more advantageous to improve the disease symptoms and signs, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
