甲状腺滤泡癌继发双眼突眼漏诊1例

Eyes exophthalmos secondary to thyroid follicular carcinoma： one missed diagnosis case report

甲状腺癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤，其发生率仅次于乳头状癌，而该病合并突眼较为罕见，鲜有报道，在临床上，应联合超声检查、MRI、病理检查等手段全面诊查，防止漏诊误诊，以期早期诊断，尽早干预治疗。

Thyroid cancer is a common head and neck malignant tumors, its incidence is second to papillary carcinoma and is rare with exophthalmos. In the clinical, it should be taken various examination such as ultrasound, MRI and pathologic examination to prevent misdiagnosis, in order to early diagnosis and intervention as soon as possible.
