牙体硬组织非龋性疾病护理分析

Analysis of nursing caries disease non dental hard tissue

目的探究牙体硬组织非龋性疾病的护理措施。方法选取2013年12月~2014年10月我院收治的牙体硬组织非龋性疾病患者98例进行分析,按照抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者49例进行常规护理,治疗组患者49例进行人性化护理,对比两组患者的治疗有效率。结果对照组患者中35例显效,4例有效,10例无效,治疗有效率为79.59%;治疗组患者中41例显效,6例有效,2例无效,治疗有效率为95.92%,对照组明显低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在对牙体硬组织非龋性疾病进行治疗中,应用人性化护理措施具有较好的效果,且能够最大限度的满足患者的要求,值得在临床治疗中应用。

Objective To explore the tooth hard tissue of caries disease clinical nursing measures. Methods Selection in December 2013 to October 2014, our hospital 98 cases of tooth hard tissue of caries disease patients were analyzed, and according to the draw method is divided into control group and treatment group, control group and 49 patients with routine nursing care, the treatment group and 49 patients with humane care, compared two groups of patients with the treatment efifcient.Results 35 cases in control group patients pay off, 4 cases were effective, 10 cases ineffective, the treatment effective rate was 79.59%, 41 cases were in treatment group patients, 6 cases effective, 2 cases of void and the treatment effective rate was 95.92%, the control group was lower than that in group therapy, comparing differences between groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the tooth hard tissue of caries disease treatment, application of humanized nursing intervention has good effects, and can meet the requirements of patients, maximum application worth in the clinical treatment.
