分析镇静技术在儿童口腔科的应用

Analysis on application of sedation in childrens department of stomatology

目的研究镇静技术在儿童口腔科临床诊断和治疗中的应用疗效,为口腔诊断和治疗提供参考。方法抽取我院2010年1月~2014年1月儿童口腔科收治儿童100例,为研究对象。按照家长意愿分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用安慰剂,研究组应用笑气/氧气吸入镇静技术。统计两组儿童疼痛程度和治疗依从性比例。结果研究组无痛儿童比例显著高于对照组,对照组疼痛不可忍受儿童比例显著高于研究组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组依从治疗比例显著高于对照组,对照组不依从治疗儿童显著高于研究组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在儿童口腔科诊断和治疗过程中应用镇静技术,可以有效缓解儿童疼痛感,提高儿童治疗依从性,可以在治疗中推广应用。

Objective Application Study on the efifcacy of sedation in clinical diagnosis and treatment of children in Department of Stomatology, provides the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral cavity. Methods Selected from our hospital in 2010 January to 2014 year in January 100 cases of children admitted to the Department of Stomatology, children, as the research object. In accordance with the wishes of parentsdivided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group with placebo, the study group using IHS technique. Statistics of two groups of children＆#39;s pain degree and treatment compliance ratio. Results Research group of painless the proportion of children was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the control group the pain unbearable the proportion of children was signiifcantly higher than that in study group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the study group was significantly higher than that of control group, the proportion of the treatment compliance, control study group was signiifcantly higher than that of group is not in compliance with the treatment of children, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of sedation in diagnosis and treatment of pediatric department of Stomatology process, can effectively alleviate the children＆#39;s pain, improve children＆#39;s treatment compliance, and can be popularized and applied in clinical treatment.
