认知护理对甲状腺瘤手术患者应激反应的干预价值

目的探究认知护理对甲状腺瘤手术患者应激反应的干预价值,为临床提供一定的参考。方法选取2010年1月~2014年8月入院诊治的甲状腺瘤手术患者52例。随机分为实验组（26例）和对照组（26例）,对照组应用常规护理干预,实验组则在其基础上应用认知护理。观察两组患者焦虑、抑郁、血压、心率及激素的水平变化。结果实验组患者在焦虑抑郁心理状态、血压、心率及皮质醇与血管紧张素Ⅱ等指标上均优于对照组。结论认知护理可有效降低甲状腺瘤手术患者的应激反应。

Objective To explore the cognitive nursing intervention on stress reaction in patients with thyroid tumor operation value, so as to provide reference for clinical. Methods 52 patients with thyroid tumor operation from 2010 January to 2014 year in August for admission to hospital patients. Were randomly divided into experimental group （26 cases） and control group （26 cases）, the control group using routine clinical nursing intervention, the experimental group on the basis of the application of cognitive nursing. Changes in the levels of two groups were observed in patients with anxiety, depression, blood pressure, heart rate and hormone. Results Patients in the experimental group in the psychological anxiety depression state, blood pressure, heart rate and plasma levels of cortisol and angiotensin II and other indicators are better than the control group.Conclusion Cognitive nursing can effectively reduce the stress response in patients with thyroid tumor operation.
