摘要 环境适应性关系到武器装备在战场环境下的生存能力和作战效率的发挥,得到了极大关注,但是在环境适应性的考核方法上,由于不同强度的环境因素对装备的失效机理和作用速度影响各不相同,表征装备环境适应性十分复杂,并且在定量化等方面存在较大问题。针对目前环境适应性存在的考核问题,选取某型金属材料作为考核样品,提出根据飞机服役环境条件,利用灰色关联度方法确定影响该型材料腐蚀速度的主要因素,然后根据计算结果设计产品环境试验方案并进行考核,最后根据试验结果,计算产品的环境适应性参数。该方法将试验项目的选择和试验结果的评估进行定量化计算,降低人为差错的影响,具有较好的参考价值。 Environment adaptability relates to survival capacity and commanding efficiency of weapon equipments in battlefield environment, so it has gained great attention. Currently, it is big problem in evaluation methods for environment adaptability, because different strength levels of environmental factors have great effect on the failure mechanism and corrosion rate, characterization of environment adaptability gets very complicated. What's more, there is a big problem on quantificational assessment method. Being aimed at the evaluation problems in present environment adaptability, a metal material is chosen as the assessment samples, a method to determine the main factors affecting the material corrosion rate is proposed depending on the environment conditions of service by using the grey relational grade. And according to the calculation results, the environmen- tal test scheme is designed to evaluate the metallic materials. And the parameters of the environment adaptability can be calculated from the test results. The quantitative calculations are given for the environmental test item selection and test result evaluation, and the human error is reduced. The results are of good reference value.
