摘要
电子式程序控制器是某救生系统的重要新技术部件,通过对某型电子式程序控制器发生的一起故障,进行故障复现以及地面试验、分析、处理,查找出故障原因。根据故障原因进行改进,经试验证明此改进方法可行,并提出以下两点建议:在耐振设计时,应考虑对电子产品的注意事项;在航空维修保障时,应重视影响15l行安全的“虚警”。
Electronic program controller is an important technology part of the escape system. The cause of a fault occurred on a type of electronic program controller is found out by fault reproduction, ground test, analysis and data processing. The design is improved depended on the fault cause, and the test results show that the improved method is feasible. The two suggests are as follows: in the anti vibration design, the attention of electronic products should be considered; in the aviation maintenance, false alarm seriously affected flight safety should be emphasized.
