摘要
某型航空发动机经常出现停放后滑油液面异常下降的故障,给发动机的使用安全带来一定隐患。为了分析引起滑油液面下降的原因,从该型号发动机滑油系统的组成、结构、工作原理等方面进行分析,发现引起该型发动机停放时滑油液面异常下降的主要原因为单向活门卡滞、滑油泵内部密封失效、调压活门失效以及滑油导管出现裂纹等,并提出具体的维护或维修建议。
A fault of abnormal drop in oil level of oil tank frequently happened in field use of certain aeroengine. This could cause some safety problems in the engine operation. Through research of the oil system working principle, the fault reasons of oil level drop were analyzed, which included the one-way valve block, the seal fail- ure inside the pump, the pressure regulating valve failure and the oil lead cracks. And maintenance suggestions are put forward based on the maintenance practice of engines in field.
