E-190飞机空调系统调温故障与维修

摘要 E190飞机受新疆地区风沙大的影响,其空调系统旁通活门故障频发,主要原因是旁通活门伺服气滤堵塞,使旁通活门时开时关甚至无法打开,造成客舱或驾驶舱忽冷忽热,甚至最高温度只能达到17~18℃,严重影响飞行安全和旅客舒适度。针对上述问题,分析伺服气滤故障情况,认为春季为伺服气滤堵塞高发期,并制定每1200飞行小时更换旁通活门气滤的方案;运行该方案后,发现故障千时率明显下降,春季故障平均千时率由3.52‰降到0.81‰,切实提高旁通活门的可靠性,确保飞机安全平稳运行和旅客舒适度。 As the E-190 aircraft's air conditioning system is influenced by Xinjiang sandstorm, the pack bypass valve failure occurred frequently. The main reason of the fault is blockage of bypass valve filter, and the filter blockage make that the bypass valve can't open, even the temperature is 17~18 ℃, severely affect the flight safety and comfort of passengers. Therefore, according to the seasonal characteristic, The Xinjiang branch of China Southern Airlines collects the faults of servo filter, after analysis the blockage of servo filter occurred fre- quently in spring, we replace the E-190 pack bypass valve filter 1 200 h per year after discussion with system en gineers. After the analysis of 2013 fault history, the fault rate has apparently dropped, the average rate in spring dropped from 3.52‰ to 0.81‰, the reliability of bypass valve is improved, and the safety of aircraft op eration and the comfort of passengers are ensured.
