自提出和发展CBM理念以来，针对可预见性故障的计划性维修得到了极大的发展，促成了设备维修成本的整体大幅降低，但对于由不可预见性故障造成的突发性维修，目前尚缺乏一种可主动有效应对的维修理念。通过对设备运行状态的特殊理解，尝试寻找出一套针对突发性维修的实用维修理念，以期降低设备突发性故障后的维修成本，推动设备维修技术的综合发展。

Since the introduction and development of the CBM concept, the planned maintenance for the foresee able malfunction has been promoted hugely, and the cost of the entire maintenance is reduced a lot. But for the emergency maintenance of the unforeseen malfunction, it is necessary to seek an initiatively valid maintenance concept to hurdle it. A set of quite useful maintenance concept for the emergency maintenance is explored to minimize the maintenance cost by researching the condition of the equipment running in a special view. And the maintenance technique is promoted synthetically.
