临床路径作为一种全新的医疗管理模式,在国外历经了30多年的临床实践,已成为有效规范医务人员诊疗行为,促进医疗质量持续改进,增强使用循证医学的主动性和积极性,提高工作效率,缩短疗程,合理使用医疗资源,控制不合理医疗费用增长,增强团队协作意识, 能充分发挥集体智慧,提高沟通效果,改善医患关系的一种科学诊疗和管理工具。在我国,虽然临床路径的实施较晚,但是,在国家卫生行政部门的大力支持和推动下,实施效果已初见成效,并受到医疗界广泛重视。该文就临床路径的产生背景、目的及作用、实施步骤、国内外的应用评价及发展展望作一综述。

As a new mode of medical management, after 30 years of clinical practice in foreign countries, the clinical path has become a scientific diagnosis, treatment and management tool which can effectively bind the medical behaviors of medical staffs, promote the continuous improvement of medical quality, enhance initiative and enthusiasm for the use of evidence-based medicine, improve work efficiency, shorten period of treatment, reasonably use medical resources, control growth of unreasonable medical expenses, improve the team cooperation consciousness, give full play to the collective wisdom, improve communication effect, and improve the doctor-patient relationship. In our country, although the implementation of clinical pathway is late, with the support and promotion of national health departments, implementation has achieved initial success, and drawn the attention of medical circle. This paper reviews the background, purpose and function, implementation steps, application evaluation at home and abroad and development prospect of the clinical pathway.
