摘要
通过梳理医院内部绩效管理的流程和方法,发现当前公立医院绩效管理中存在以绩效考核取代绩效管理、考核指标及其制定违背科学管理原则、角色定位不清晰以及忽视沟通在绩效管理中的决定性作用等问题。针对这些问题,从绩效管理模式、绩效评价方法和绩效评价主体3个方面阐述了上述问题的解决方案及未来公立医院绩效管理的发展方向。
After studying the procedure and method of hospitals' internal performance management, many problems are found in current performance management of public hospitals, such as performance examine has been replaced by performance management, performance indicators and its enactment have violated the principles of scientific management, role definition is not clear enough, and communication as being a decisive role in performance management has been ignored etc. By studying performance management patterns, performance evaluation methods and the subjects of performance evaluation, solution will be worked out to address these problems. The future development direction of public hospitals' performance management will also be elaborated in this article.
