医疗服务标准化现状及相关问题的探讨

Discussion about the Current Situation and Related Problems of Medical Service Standardization

我国医疗服务标准化工作起步较晚,发展较快,与实际工作需要相比,尚存在着医疗服务标准数量较少,覆盖面较窄,医疗服务标准制定程序复杂,制标经费缺乏,医疗服务标准实施推广措施手段较少,缺乏有效监督机制等问题,对此提出三方面对策。

The medical service standardization in China started late and developed faster. Compared with the actual work needs, the medical service standards are relatively less, the coverage is relatively narrow, the establishment procedures of medical service standards are complex, there is lack of funds for the establishment of standards, there are few implementation and promotion measures and means for the medical service standards, and there is lack of effective supervision mechanism. For these problems, the countermeasures in three aspects are proposed.
