摘要
目的研究住院医师的主要压力源和产生职业倦怠的原因与对策,为医院降低住院医师的职业倦怠水平提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,应用住院医师压力源量表和马斯勒倦怠量表进行调查、分析。结果显示家庭问题、社会因素、单位管理及制度、个人职业发展、工作负荷、管理者等问题对住院医师压力影响较大。住院医师压力源中的社会因素、个人特质、职业效能对职业倦怠去个性化维度的影响尤其明显。结论通过加强住院医师自我压力管理和医院系统的压力管理,完善社会支持系统以减轻住院医师压力和缓解职业倦怠。
Purpose To study the main stressor of resident doctor and the reasons and countermeasures of job burnout, and provide the reference for the hospital's reduction of the job burnout level of resident doctors. Methods The stratified random sampling method is used, and stressor scale and Maslach Burnout Measure for resident doctors are applied for survey and analysis. Results It shows that the family problems, social factors, the unit management and system, personal career development, work load, managers and other issues have greater influence on the stress of resident doctors. Among stressors of resident doctors, social factors, personal qualities and professional efficacy especially obvious influence on the deindividuation of job burnout. Conclusion By strengthening resident doctors' self stress management and the stress management of the hospital system, the social support system is improved to relieve resident doctors' stress and job burnout.
