摘要
介绍其运用信息化平台在医院HIS系统中建立手术分级管理数据库系统,明确手术医生资质与手术权限,规范医疗技术的准入管理,定期更新人力资源系统,使之与手术分级管理数据库信息相匹配,并通过信息化与人为监管双重模式来实现对手术分级管理制度的精细化管理。
This paper introduces that with the information platform in the HIS system of the hospital the operation grading management database system is established, surgeon qualification and operation permissions are defined, the access management of medical technology is standardized, the human resources system is regularly updated so that it matches with the information in operation grading management database, and through the dual mode of informatization and artificial regulation the fine management of operation grading management system is realized.
