摘要 研究了江苏省北部灌河口邻近海域陆源COD污染物分配容量,并给出了总量控制建议。基于苏北灌河口近岸海域三维COD水质模型,采用自净过程积分方法,计算了沿岸主要入海河流的CODMn分配容量。结果表明,苏北灌河口附近10条入海河流的CODMn分配容量合计约为1.8×104t/a。其中,废黄河单元分配容量最大,约为8 000 t/a,中山河单元最低,不足2 000 t/a。根据现状排放量分析表明,排淡河和废黄河单元还有剩余容量,而车轴河和灌河单元需要进行大幅削减,分别相当于当前入海负荷的80%以上。 This paper studies terrestrial sources COD pollutant allocated capacity in Guan River estuary and adjacent coastal area(GREC)and provides advice for total quantity control. A three-dimensional water quality model based on FVCOM is constructed to estimate the total maximum allocated loads(TMAL)of COD in GREC, whose simulation results are rational for the area. According to the model, the TMAL of CODMnin one year are approximately 1.8×104tons based on the method of integrating self-purification process. It indicates that abandoned Yellow River accounts for the largest, about 8 000 t/a, and Zhongshan River the lowest(less than 2 000 t/a). Based on the TMAL, the loads of CODMnneed to reduce for Chezhou River and Guan River,which accords for more than 80% of current CODMnloads respectively in GREC, while Paidan River and abandoned Yellow River can be used to discharge more CODMn, including the loads from Chezhou River and Guan River.
