资源认知视角下新创企业创新能力与创业绩效研究 被引量:2

Research on innovation capacity and entrepreneurial performance of new ventures from the perspective of resource-cognition

摘要 对新创企业来说,充足的资源与强大的创新能力是其建立和保持竞争优势的关键。通过对相关理论的梳理,构建了资源认知、创新能力与创业绩效之间的理论研究框架,根据问卷调查数据,利用结构方程模型(SEM)对理论假设进行检验。实证结果显示,创业者的资源认知对新创企业的创新能力产生直接的正向影响,新创企业创新能力对创业绩效也具有直接的正向影响,而创业者资源感知与创业绩效之间的关系则不显著。研究结果揭示了创新能力在资源认知与创业绩效之间不是起部分中介作用,而是起完全中介作用。 Adequate resources and powerful innovation capacity are the keys to establish and maintain a competitive advantage for new ventures. The paper constructs a theoretical research framework among the resource-cognition,innovation capacity and entrepreneurial performance with the neatening of the relevant literature,and using structural equation modeling( SEM) to test the theoretical hypothesis based on questionnaire data. The empirical results show that the resource-cognition has a positive effect on innovation capacity and innovation capacity has a direct positive impact on entrepreneurial performance for new ventures. The results reveal the innovation capacity is play a full mediating role between resource-cognition and entrepreneurial performance,but not a partial mediating variable factor.
