随机分布纳米颗粒增强陶瓷基复合材料性能数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于蒙特卡罗方法,利用ANSYS的APDL参数化设计语言,构建随机分布纳米颗粒增强陶瓷基复合材料性能数值分析模型,利用均质化理论计算不同体积比纳米颗粒增强陶瓷基复合材料的热膨胀系数、有效弹性模量和热残余应力。结果表明,所建模型计算的结果与用经典理论方法计算的结果基本吻合,证明所建模型是可靠的,其中三维模型能更准确地分析纳米颗粒体积比较大时微观结构对应力分布状态的影响。 A numerical model for analyzing the properties of ceramic composites reinforced with random nano-particles was established by combining Monte Caro method with finite element method,and the effective thermal expansion coefficient,effective elastic modulus and thermal residual stress of composites with different volume fractions of nano-particles were calculated by homogenization theory.The results show that the values calculated from the proposed models are consistent well with those from the classical theoretical method,and the reliability of the models is verified.The three dimensional model is more accurate for higher volume fraction of particles to analyze the influence of microstructure on the distribution of stress.
