摘要
该文对国内外以花生衣原花色素为代表的原花色素研究进展进行了概述,包括原花色素的结构、提取、纯化和生物活性。
This article summarized new research progress on proanthocyanidins at home and abroad, especially of proanthocyanidins from peanut skins. The structures,extraction methods,purification methods and biological activities of proanthocyanidins were introduced.
