电网投入产出效率不等式映射关系研究

Research on inequality map relation about input-output efficiency in power grid

数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,简称DEA)模型能有效评价电网投入产出效率。但对具有包含关系的不同对象如何进行综合效率对比与分析的研究尚不清晰,对此,笔者研究了具有包含关系的重叠对象的投入产出效率,并以中国、国网经营区以及国家电网公司三个对象为实例进行了综合效率水平分析与对比。结果表明,包含关系的多个对象的投入产出效率存在不等式映射关系。

Although the Data Envelopment Analysis model is a useful tool to evaluate the power grid comprehensive input-output efficiency,it＇s still not clear about the study of the efficiencies relation between different objects presenting as inclusion relation. Aiming at the problem,the author studies the inequality map relation of efficiencies,and efficiencies of three objects,national,state grid operating areas and SGCC,are analyzed and compared. As results,it is proved that there is the inequality map relation between input-output efficiency of different objects with inclusion relation.
