摘要
针对国内联合循环汽轮机供热能力有限和向下排汽问题,阐述了国内首台双抽轴向排汽联合循环汽轮机设计方法,借助UG建模和有限元分析等方法分析了轴向排汽汽轮机低压缸的受力和变形情况以及低压缸挠性支架的变形情况,提出了设计轴向排汽低压缸、抽汽调节机构采用新型抽汽调节阀、低压缸采用挠性支架支撑、汽轮机通流部分采用高效三维通流设计等解决方案。实践应用结果表明,轴向排汽低压缸和挠性支架的设计完全可以满足机组安全运行需要,并使汽轮机抽汽控制更加平稳、灵活、可靠。
Aiming at the problems of the domestic combined cycle turbine,limited ability of heat supply and downward steam exhaust,this paper expounds the design of the first domestic double- axial exhaust combined cycle turbine,analyzes the force and deformation of low pressure cylinder in axial exhaust turbine and the deformation of its flexible support by UG modeling and finite element analysis,and proposes solutions,including adopting axial exhaust low pressure cylinder,new extraction control valve,flexible support and high- efficiency 3d flow passage.The application of the turbine shows that the design of axial exhaust low pressure cylinder and flexible support can meet the requirement of safe operation,making steam extraction more stable,flexible and reliable.
