摘要
涠洲W断块高凝油油藏具有构造复杂、原油含蜡量高、凝固点高、析蜡温度高的特点,开发难度大。在总结断块高凝油油藏开发特征,及开发过程中注采系统不完善、油井结蜡、储层伤害、压力和产量下降快等问题的基础上,采用立体井网优化控制理论的矢量化井网加密、注水井增注、深穿透射孔、加深保温油管长度和加深泵挂等措施,形成了适合W断块高凝油油藏的开发技术。经过现场实施,日产油量由38.33 m3/d增加到500.00 m3/d,充分发挥了高凝油油藏的生产潜能,实现了海上油田"少井、高产",促进了海上油田高速高效开发。
High pour-point crude oil reservoir in Faulted Block W,Weizhou Oilfield,is featured by complex structure,high content of wax,high freezing point and high temperature of wax precipitation,which leads to great difficulties for the development. After the identification of development features of the reservoir and considering imperfect production/injection system,waxing in producer,reservoir damage,and rapid decline of pressure and production in the process of development,some measures have been taken,such as well infilling of vectorization,injection increase,deep perforation,deepening of thermal tubing and pump suspension based on optimization and controlling theory of 3D well pattern,forming the development technologies applicable to the high pour-point crude oil reservoir of Faulted Block W. In field application,the daily oil production increased from 38. 33 m3/d to 500 m3/d,which greatly improved the production potential of high pour-point crude oil reservoir,achieved'fewer wells and high production'in offshore oilfields and promoted rapid and efficient development of offshore oilfield.
