Moral Education and Basics of L aw class is an important component of ideological and political theory courses in universities .The thesis focuses on studying the class charm of the basic course .Based on the method of observation in class and summary of teaching experience ,it analyzes the factors affecting the basic course’s class charm and gets the conclusion that the main influential factors are teachers and their teaching methods .Therefore ,to improve the teachers’ personal charm and teaching methods can greatly help to improve the teaching effectiveness of the basic course ,lay the foundation for achieving teaching objectives and play effective role in ideological and political education .
