生态文学是以生态整体主义为思想基础、以生态系统整体利益为最高价值、以表现自然与人的关系、探寻社会生态危机为核心内容。"靠天吃饭"的日本对人与自然的关系更为敏感,自从日本古代文学出现的那一刻,自然万物便成为日本作家写作的对象,作品的"生态"特质也随处可见。

Ecological literature is a kind of literature w hose ideas is based on the ecological holism ,w hose higher value is the overall profit of the ecosystem and w hose core contents are to display the relationship between nature and human as well as to explore the society of eco‐crisis .Japanese who are at the mercy of forces of nature are very sensitive to the relation of mankind and nature .Since the moment w hen ancient Japanese literature appeared ,Janpese w riters have started the w riting about everything on the earth .It is found that ecology is the common feature in almost every book .
