摘要
为了研究防老剂、硫化剂对工程胎胎面胶耐老化性能的影响,进行了改变防老剂、硫化剂的品种和用量的实验.所采用的防老剂包括RD和FR,所采用的硫化剂为硫黄.通过老化前、后的力学性能的变化,确定防老剂的品种和硫化剂的用量.研究结果表明,采用防老剂FR替代防老剂RD与4020并用的工程胎胎面胶的耐老化性能略有提高;采用半有效硫黄硫化体系替代普通硫黄硫化体系,当硫黄用量为1.6份时,胎面胶具有最佳的力学性能、耐老化性和耐磨性.
In order to study the influence of antiager and vulcanizer on ageing-resistant performance of engineering tire tread rubber,this paper conducts experiments on changing the type and quantity of antiager and vulcanizer.Antiagers adopted includes antiager RD and antiager FR,and vulcanizer adopted is sulphur.According to the change of mechanical property after ageing,type of antiager and quantity of vulcanizer are determined.Results show that angeing-resistant performance of engineering tire tread rubber which uses antiager FR instead of antiager RD and 4020 improves slightly.While using semi-efficient vulcanization system instead of normal vulcanization system and the quantity of sulphur is 1.6times of normal,the tread rubber has best mechanical property,ageing-resistant performance and abrasion performance.
