基于职业资格证书的建筑工程技术专业教学改革探索

建筑行业实行职业资格证书制度,已经成为劳动就业制度及职业准入控制的重要内容和职业教育重要目标之一.高职院校实施职业资格考证,是贯彻以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,培养高技能人才的重要体现.在教学实施过程中,要以职业资格考证为出发点,不断推动建筑工程技术专业教育教学改革,提高学生的实践能力和就业竞争力.从职业资格考证的角度,探讨了高职建筑工程技术专业的教学内容、教学手段和方法改革,实训基地和师资队伍建设.

The system of vocational qualification certificate in construction industry has become the important content of employment system and career access control,also one of the import goals of vocational education.Implementing system of vocational qualification certificate in higher vocational colleges is important reflection of cultivating high-skilled talents guided by service-aimed and job-oriented thoughts.During teaching process,we should take vocational qualification certificate as starting point,promote teaching reform in architectural engineering technology specialty and improve students＇ practical ability and employment competitiveness.From aspect of vocational qualification certificate,this paper discusses reform in teaching content,teaching means and methods,as well as construction of training base and teaching staff of architectural engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.
