摘要
提升高职女生的软实力对于提高她们的综合素质与核心竞争力有着非常重要的意义.调查发现,高职女生软实力有着成功意识强、自信意识强、学习勤奋与性别感觉良好等优势,但同时也存在主体意识不强、功利色彩浓厚、综合素质偏低等问题.通过分析这些问题的形成原因,提出了相应的提升高职女生软实力的途径,如建立多层次职业素质教育平台,加强文化修养,积极参与社会实践等.
It is of great significance to improve soft power of female higher vocational students for promoting their comprehensive quality and core competitiveness.Investigation shows that soft power of female higher vocational students has advantages such as strong success and confidence consciousness,hard working and good gender sense,but also has problems including weak subject consciousness,strong utility color and low comprehensive quality.Through analyzing causes of these problems,this paper puts forward related paths to improve soft power of female higher vocational students such as establishing multi-level platform for occupational quality education,improving cultural accomplishment and taking active part in social practice.
