高职院校毕业生就业质量评价体系的研究

On evaluation system of employment quality of higher vocational graduates

提高高职院校毕业生就业质量已引起全社会的高度重视.为了建立一套科学合理和可量化的高职院校毕业生就业质量评价体系,通过文献分析、问卷调查、专家访谈和统计分析等方法,制定了基本适用于全国高职院校毕业生就业质量评价体系.试评结果表明,高职院校就业质量评价体系有助于加强毕业生就业指导工作、激励学生全面发展和提高就业质量.

Improving the employment quality of higher vocational graduates has attracted much attention of the whole society.In order to establish scientific,reasonable and quantifiable evaluation system of employment quality of higher vocational graduates,this paper uses the methods of document analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and statistic analysis,thus establishes evaluation system of employment quality which basically is applicable to higher vocational graduates all over the country.Results of samples show that the evaluation system helps to strengthen employment guidance for graduates,encourage students＇ integrated development and improve employment quality.
